Recycled aggregates are articles under REACH

Together with partner association, FIR has re-assessed the status of recycled aggregates under REACH regulation. Current guidances on REACH regulation point out that recycled aggregates should be considered as an article. Articles are exempted from the obligation of registration. In a recent paper, the associations confirm that recycled aggregates are indeed an article in line with the definition provided in the REACH regulation.
